Genuine Wild Horse and Turquoise Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Necklace
This absolute stunner is my favorite creation to date! All original design, completely handmade Sterling Silver mountings and chain. The stones I used for this piece are natural “Wild Horse” from the Royston Mine area of southern Nevada, and all natural “Kingman” Turquoise from northern Arizona. Each stone is backed for long term protection as is most modern mined turquoise. This particular combination of the gentle whites and browns of the Wild Horse stones with the rich blues of the Kingman Turquoise truly makes for an eye catching piece of heirloom jewelry. It also features my custom “Figure 8” link chain, and a hand formed shepherds hook and ring clasp.
For as large as the piece is its not as heavy as one might think, weighing in at right around 7 ½ ounces. It measures roughly 27 inches in length and each of the smaller clusters measure 1 ½ inches by 1 inch. The main Naja is approximately 3 ¼ inches by 3 ¼ inches.
(Note: Matching ring pictured (size 5 1/2) NOT included but available for sale.)
(Legal disclaimer: You are purchasing the exact squash blossom necklace as pictured. As each item I make is hand-worked and each and every joint hand soldered, they can include minor flaws and imperfections. This is completely normal and I feel it truly adds to their handmade charm.
For shipping to countries outside the United States, it can take up to 4-6 weeks and all country specific taxes, VAT, and or duty, are not included.)
